The done-for-you AI front office for law firms.

Every call answered.
Every lead accounted for.

Kesio answers your phone around the clock, qualifies the caller against your own intake rules, books the consultation or queues them for a call back, and follows up with anyone who does not reply — then puts all of it in one dashboard built for your firm. Built for the consumer practices where a missed call is a lost case: personal injury, family, criminal defense, immigration, estate, bankruptcy. We run it. You approve it.

The process

What happens when someone calls

One path, six steps, and a single branch — booked, or queued for a call back, depending on how your firm prefers to work.

Hear it

The voices, before you commit to one

Two of the voices we build agents on. These are the voice provider's own preview clips — each voice reading its stock sample lines — so what you're judging is exactly what we can't change: how it sounds. The words, the intake questions and the manners are then scripted to your firm.

Chloe · conversational, warm
Brian · measured, direct

These clips are the provider's published previews, not recordings of calls — Kesio has no client calls to play, and won't publish one without the caller's and the firm's written consent even when it does. A full sample intake call, recorded with a fictional firm and a scripted caller and labeled as a demonstration, is coming; the transcript animation above shows the script it will follow. On live calls, the agent opens by saying it's an AI assistant.

The platform

We built our own CRM, because the leads have to live somewhere

Kesio is not a plug-in for software you already have. You get your own dashboard: every caller, what they wanted, whether they qualified, who is handling them, what has been sent, and what happens next. Most firms track this on a legal pad or in somebody's inbox.

The third took nearly as much work as the first. That is the sort of thing this shows you.

Illustrative — every name, matter and figure above is sample data. No client records are shown; Kesio has no clients to show yet, and will say so until it does.
The technology

We assemble proven tools and operate them for you

We do not ask a firm to become a systems integrator. Kesio is our own platform sitting on top of proven, widely used infrastructure — chosen, wired, tested and maintained by us, on one bill.

The safeguards are the product

Never gives legal adviceIf a caller asks whether they have a case, the assistant says plainly that it cannot advise, and gets them to an attorney.
Always discloses it is an AIIn the first sentence of every call, in line with Florida Bar Opinion 24-1 and ABA Opinion 512.
Recording consent handledA consent preamble runs before recording in two-party states, Florida included.
Messaging requires consentNothing sends without consent on file, and quiet hours are enforced in the recipient's own time zone.
Advertising rules respectedEvery drafted post passes a bar-advertising check, and nothing publishes until the firm approves it.
Your data stays yoursWe are not your case system. Nothing is shared between firms, and everything can be exported.

Every safeguard, with the opinions behind it, is written up on the compliance page — the one to forward to a partner.

The roadmap

What we are building next

Live today
  • 24/7 answering, qualification and warm transfer
  • Booking, or a prioritized callback queue
  • Follow-up only where consent is on file, with quiet hours
  • Lead board, call records and transcripts
  • Financial analytics from a bookkeeping export
  • Weekly content, approved before publishing
Later
  • Ad spend measured against signed cases
  • Review generation after a matter closes
  • Back-office document intake
  • More verticals — insurance, home services
The arithmetic

One case pays for the year

A single injury matter is usually a five-figure fee — one signed case is typically a $10k+ contingency. The calls being lost are the ones after hours, during court, and while the line is already busy. Lose two of those a year and the missed calls are the most expensive line in the practice.

1 case
saved per year
pays for Kesio
At $1,750 a month, one saved case pays for a year of Kesio.

That is the comparison that matters — not the price of a receptionist tool, but the fee on the case that never reached you. The exact packages and founding rates are one page over.
